Every year, this celebration brings together students, alumni, teachers, and staff to honor the legacy of our school, which has been shaping minds and building futures for over a century. The tradition of this day helps remind us how far we’ve come, how proud we should be to be part of this amazing institution, and how much we still have to contribute to its continued success.   Looking back on the fourth quarter, working on front page web designs has been a really interesting and eye-opening experience. I’ve learned a lot, faced a few challenges, but overall, it’s been really rewarding. Here’s a reflection on what I’ve gained and what I plan to do moving forward: a. What are the learning/discoveries that I have gained? Over the past few weeks, I’ve learned a ton about web design, especially when it comes to the front page of a website. I discovered how important the layout, colors, fonts, and images are in creating a website that people want to visit. I also learned that it’s not just about making it look pretty—design has to be practical too. Things like making sure users can easily navigate the site and find the information they need are just as important as how the website looks. When I think about my future, I imagine myself as a nurse  someone who helps others, makes a difference, and changes lives. Fifteen years from now, I see myself working in a hospital or clinic, wearing scrubs, and caring for patients with a heart full of compassion. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for the journey ahead. Looking back, I always knew I wanted to help people. It started with little things—taking care of family members when they were sick, volunteering at the local nursing home, or just being the person my friends could count on. But it wasn’t until high school that I realized nursing was more than just a job; it’s a way of truly making a difference. I’ve seen how nurses bring comfort and care to people when they need it the most, and I want to do the same.
