     I am Kristina Domingo living in Barangay Busiing Norte San Ildefonso ilocos Sur. My parents are Rosalina Domingo and Ferdinand Domingo and my siblings are Korina Domingo and Frederick Domingo.   What I Have learned  What I learned in the first quarter was how to properly use the blog post and about the internet. I learned a lot on the internet and increased my knowledge about who created ARPANET, ARPA and many others. I also increased my knowledge of video vlogs, how it started, what can be done with vlogs and it also helps because it can be turned into a job. Another challenge of using ICT in education for some teachers is the lack of time. You may very agree with this statement for many factors such as the fact new technology takes time to learn of, know about, practice, implement, evaluate and reflect on.
